Corporate Keys is a specialist 28 night plus accommodation provider to the corporate and leisure market. Founded in 2005, we have booked over 10,000 28 night plus stay across Australia & New Zealand.

Corporate Keys specialises in accommodation for project teams, relocating employees and business executives. With over 650 options across Australia and New Zealand, Corporate Keys has established itself as the leading provider of extended stay accommodation solutions.

A residence is classified as a third party apartment hotel who we partner with to provide accommodation solutions to our clients. You will be responsible for:

Provision of accommodation services.

• Weekly housekeeping service.
• Liaising with guests directly in relation to any service issues, including any maintenance requests.
• Check-in process including taking a pre auth to cover any incidentals.
• Invoicing guests directly for all incidentals including, car parking, internet or food and beverage charges.

Corporate Keys is responsible for:

• Invoicing of rent for the duration of the booking.
• Any matters in relation to a change of vacate date including extension requests.
• Any issues relating to the terms of their contract with Corporate Keys.

Corporate Keys will charge a 15% commission on any bookings we provide you.

Corporate Keys is responsible for the ongoing invoicing and collection of funds for the guest's entire stay. We also manage any extensions that the guest may require, naturally liaising with you depending on the type of agreement you have selected.

Once registered, each residence is provided with access to their own back end dashboard. From here you will be solely responsible for creating your property profile.

You are responsible for creating each of the different room configurations you wish to advertise with us, including setting the commissionable prices for each configuration.

1. As soon as we receive a booking request, a Corporate Keys reservations consultant will make contact with your nominated booking contact phone number. An email request will also be submitted to the email you nominate to receive booking requests.


2. Once you confirm availability, we will request you provide us with a reservation number. The room will need to be placed on hold for 24-48 hours. This will give our client enough time to complete their Licence to Occupy (contractual agreement) and pay their initial holding deposit.


3. Once this process has been completed you will receive a Confirmation email advising you that the booking is now a confirmed booking. At this stage you will be provided with their name and mobile number.

When registering you have the ability to select from 2 options:

Continuity of Stay

Corporate Keys will provide a tentative date of departure for all Continuity of Stay bookings. Extensions to these bookings are automatically accepted. You will be provided with notification of each vacate date change. You must ensure that the guest remains in the same apartment for the duration of their stay. Extensions of stay under the Continuity of Stay model require that the Residence hold the contracted guest nightly rate for the duration of the guests stay. Rate reviews will apply should the guest stay for more than 12 months.

Fixed Term Stays

Corporate Keys will provide a confirmed date of departure when requesting a new booking. Any extensions to a booking will be at the discretion of you the Residence. The Residence must confirm or decline the extension within 24 hours. Extensions of stay can be subject to rate changes.

In the unlikely event of the booking being cancelled prior to the commencement date a $500 cancellation fee applies. In the very rare event of a failure to check in the property will be held for a maximum of 48 hours from the check in date listed on the booking confirmation advice. Failure to check in will incur a $750 (incl. GST) fee.

You will receive 100% of the cancellation fees.

Within 5 days of the month ending you will have access to your month end booking reconciliation report which can be viewed via your Corporate Keys dashboard. Our commission is displayed for each booking.

The report will list each Corporate Keys guests who stayed with you in the previous month. Once you have approved this our accounts department will make payment within 30 days.
