STUDIO ROOM - The well-appointed Studio is flooded with natural light, and provides a stylish, open-plan space to unwind and relax. Offering a comfortable king bed, apartment-controlled heating/air conditioning, kitchenette with cooktop, bar fridge, toaster, kettle and microwave, ensuite bathroom with amenities and hair dryer, desk, LCD TV with access to Netflix and high-speed internet access. A wardrobe, ironing board and iron, and private safe add to the convenience. Guests can access the in-house gym and business lounge. A daily housekeeping service is included for 1-6 nights, any 7+ stays will be getting a weekly service including linen change (excluding Sunday and public holidays).

We spent four weeks in Melbourne. The apartments are perfectly located for bus, metro, and tram. Supermarkets and restaurants are just around the corner on Carlisle Street. The rooms were perfectly laid out and well-furnished. The cleanliness upon arrival was excellent. We stayed on the 4th floor and didn't hear any street noise. We will definitely book there again, as we visit Melbourne every two years.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment and would highly recommend it. The location was absolutely perfect, just a stone’s throw from the beach and within easy walking distance of shops, bars, and restaurants. It made everything so convenient and really added to the overall experience. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and I especially loved the coded entry system for both the building and the apartment. Not having to worry about keys or coordinating who had them made everything so much easier. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. A real highlight was the rooftop area, which has amazing views of the Melbourne skyline. It was the perfect spot for sunset drinks and a great way to unwind in the evenings. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!
